Daniel Kinno leads off the month of laughs with shows on June 6 and 7. Born in the former Soviet Republic city of Minsk, Daniel Kinno delivers insightful and raucous narratives on topics ranging from the menial tasks of daily life, to relationships, pop culture, and his unusual Russian heritage with a truly unique perspective. Kinno can be recognized from television where his stand up has been featured on MTV, The Game Show Network and The WB. Kinno's brand of humor knows no bounds and headlined a USO tour entertaining US and International forces. June 13 and 14 brings the talents of Caroline Picard to Stooges. When Caroline hits the stage with her signature red boots, expect to experience something really refreshing - a real person that is comfortable with her beliefs and has no problem making you laugh at them. Once Caroline is on stage it's crystal clear that you have come to the house of “The Queen” and you will play by her rules. Her "don't give a damn" attitude is revitalizing, especially in the world of female comedy. If you want politically correct, do not come to her show, but if you want the truth, come on in, grab a drink and enjoy the ride! Gayle Becwar's quick wit, sharp memory, and likable ad-libbing style - full of audience participation – will thrill audiences the weekend of June 20 and 21. Growing up in a family of magicians, he performed with his family's traveling magic show. Gayle has shared the stage with country singer Dan Seals, comic/actor Damon Wayans, the musical group Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, and has worked with legendary comedienne Phyllis Diller. The Associated Press said it best: "More than just a magician, Gayle Becwar is a complete entertainer.” Comedian Tim Young wraps up the month June 27 and 28. Traveling the country, Tim has, as he says “performed at every college in the universe” - with more than 500 universities to his credit. An impressive resume from television – including NBC’s Last Comic Standing; Comedy Central's Premium Blend, Shorties Watching Shorties and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn; MTV's The Jim Bruer Show. He has also recently appeared as a commentator on E's 50 Most Outrageous Moments and 50 Wicked Women, and TLC's Trading Spaces retrospective. Stooges Comedy Club & Piano Bar is located at 70 North Oklahoma in Bricktown, features one show Friday night at 10 and two shows Saturday – 8 (nonsmoking) and 10pm. Tickets are available in advance by calling 405-232-6463, or at the club the night of the show. Current
