PROFILE: Liz loves her job at the Biltmore, Oklahoma's Largest Hotel. Liz has been with the hotel just over a year. She enjoys working at the Biltmore, which can be a bit stressful during large check-ins, because the associates have a great working relationship and have fun with each other. She thoroughly enjoys her career choice and most of all, meeting people from all over the world.

FAVORITE RESTAURANTS: "I recommend the Brandywine Room in the hotel. In addition to a great lunch buffet, they feature many Oklahoma favorites from the menu. When guests ask for a restaurant recommendation near the hotel, I suggest several of my favorites. Cimarron Steakhouse features great steaks at an affordable price, served in a fun atmosphere. For a little Oklahoma flavor, I suggest Shorty Small's. They serve great BBQ, and are known for their ribs and get an order their cheese rolls, they are out of this world."

WHAT TO DO IN OKC: "From our hotel, I suggest guests catch the Oklahoma Spirit Trolley to Bricktown. The Trolley's depart from hotels along Meridian with a stop at the Stockyards. I suggest guests stop to take in the Stockyards area and all of the unique western shops and an area rich in western heritage. After shopping, hop back on the trolley for the quick trip to Bricktown- Oklahoma City's entertainment district.

Bricktown offers visitors a great day of fun - browsing through the shops, cruising the canal on the Water Taxi, touring the area in a horse drawn carriage and enjoying some of Oklahoma City's best restaurants. After dark, the area lights up with neon signs and music - and locals - fill the streets.
