The unique pieces and increasing customer demand soon prompted the addition of hand-woven rugs, gifts, and furniture.

Since the store’s humble beginning in 1985, Richard and his wife Sherri have nurtured the business, which has grown into the Oklahoma’s premier southwest and western home décor source. Santa Fe Company boasts over 10,000 square feet of high-quality southwestern and western furniture, complimented by an expansive selection of art, lighting, rugs, decorative artifacts, home décor, and of course, pottery!

The stores original offerings come from craftsmen throughout the region. Each piece is a unique work of art, handcrafted to compliment the natural texture and grain of the wood. This process brings out the natural burls, crevices and cracks in the wood along with the grain to leave a rustic and natural feel. To finish the piece, materials including iron, cowhide, horn, marble or slate are incorporated into the final product.

Many other unique southwestern and western home décor items are carefully selected to compliment the furniture. Hand-woven Zapotec rugs, runners, mats, and pillows add great color and texture. Distinctive lamps crafted from iron, horn, and more can be combined with lampshades handmade from rawhide, cowhide, pigskin suede, or lambskin.
