PROFILE: Monica is a lifelong Oklahoman, and has worked at On the Border for three and one-half years. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Philosophy and is currently working to enable her to go back to Graduate School.

Monica is the Director of Catering for this location, however, she also serves in many other capacities - - if she is not out of the store catering an event, you my find her serving you at a table. She thoroughly enjoys her job and the opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world who are in town for special events at the Fairgrounds.

FAVORITE RESTAURANT: "Of course, On The Border is my favorite place to eat on the Meridian Strip. I think it's the best Mexican food in town, not to mention the best service!"

FAVORITE ENTERTAINMENT AREA: "After a nice meal, my friends and I enjoy going to Bricktown. The area has lots of great things to do – from shopping to movies, baseball and concerts to riding the Water Taxi on the mile-long canal. The area also features some of the best restaurants, entertainment and clubs in the City."

FAVORITE NIGHT SPOT: “If you're in the mood to dance, I suggest you stop at the Green Door in Bricktown. Another favorite of mine is VZD's on Western Avenue. Both clubs feature great drinks, live music and dancing. If you choose to stay closer to your hotel, the Meridian Strip is also a lot of fun too! We enjoy visiting hotel lounges where our guests from all over the world like to stay and play."
